With easy to understand safety ratings sourced from reliable real-world crash data, SafeCars is the quickest and easiest way to find out how safe a car model is before you buy it. The SafeCars app sources RedBook™ price data, so you can get up-to-date valuations of new and used vehicles.

Search – Search from a database of almost 100,000 vehicle models. Refine your search by typical price, make, model, car type and P-plater eligibility (Queensland P-plate licences only). You can even shortlist your favourite models to come back to later.

Compare – Weighing up between two similar models? Use the compare feature to see which one wins when it comes to safety.

Share – If you’ve found a car you love and want to share it with family and friends, use SafeCars’ share feature to show off your find.
